NLA and NFRL litigation in plain english

For those landlords who are interested / or bothered to read the judgement of the litigation case of the merger of the National Landlords Association and the National Federation of Residential Landlords, Tessa Shepperson has attempted to translate it from legal blurb into Plain English.

All this nonsense between 'landlord associations' reminds me of my personal joy of autonomy and free wheeling that I have as a landlord, outside of the system.

Away from the bureaucratic nonsense of organisations and corporate institutions, the petty individual power mongering and half baked management structures.

Do what I want, when I want.

Say what I want, when I want.

Bliss!
