Landlords warned on being a 'passive investor'

Property Hawk has always been clear.

Being a landlord is like running your own small scale business. In this case a lettings business.

You should always be wary of anybody who promises to provide you with the returns and rewards without any of the effort.

Anybody who has trained for a sport knows that there is no gain without pain!

We recently came across this post warning landlords about using a company Passive Investments that promised to do just that.

We can't confirm any of the details, but what we can say is that landlords that think they can have gain without pain may be barking up the wrong tree!

Hi Chris
Lost your email address
I am noticing that so many landlords are turning to the dark side is letting agents. One even advertsied a property himself, but then referred me to his letting agent. He owned one property. What's going on?
