Landlords Looking for a Positive View on BTL

Landlords continue to suffer. The strain of increased supply and falling house prices.

The silver lining that could bring landlords salvation is increasing rental yields.

As property prices fall, property begins to look more attractive. Especially in comparison with falling interest rates on savings and other investments.

Gone are the silly days of property investment decisions made purely on capital growth forecasts and instead a return to old fashioned investment returns from yields.

Increased rental yields could bring more property investors into the market again in 2009 as returns start to look attractive against other investment opportunities.

Your darling Margo the landlords sweetheart.
